ELEANOR ELIZABETH LOVELESS JOHN VAN TILBURY

— Eleanor Elizabeth Loveless became the bride of John Van Tilbury at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 10, at the Old State House. The Rev. Bill Wellons of Fellowship Bible Church officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lewis Lovelace Jr., 6 Holly Springs Court. Her grandparents are Mrs. Walter Lewis Loveless of Little Rock, the late Mr. Loveless, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Louis Barlow of Fort Worth.

Parents of the bridegroom are Ann Tilbury of Heber Springs and the late Henry Wilson Tilbury Jr. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wilson Tilbury of Mer Rouge, La., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Louden Crosley Huffty of Oak Grove, La.

Vows were exchanged on the museum's lawn with nuptial music by violinist John Jarboe.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless ivory gown of douppioni silk with an asymmetricallydraped bodice, chapel train and bubble hem. Her caged veil was elbow length. She carried a bouquet of green hydrangeas, Virginia roses and lime green cymbidium orchids.

Mrs. Benjamin Craig Noble of Arlington, Va., was matron of honor. She wore a strapless champagne-colored gown with a wrapped bodice and carried a smaller version of the bridal bouquet.

The bride's attendants were her brother, Edward Walter Loveless of Little Rock, and Benjamin Craig Noble of Arlington.

Flower girls were Emily Frances Tilbury and Elizabeth Ann Tilbury, daughters of the bridegroom. Honorary flower girl was Ainsley Elizabeth Noble of Arlington, niece of the bride. Ring bearer was James Benjamin Noble of Arlington, nephew of the bride.

Henry Wilson Tilbury III of Prairie Village, Kan., was his brother's best man. Guests were seated by John Charles Clemmons of Benton; John Gregory Roper of Heber Springs; Leslie Huitzilopochtli Garlinghouse of Cary, N.C.; Mahlon Ogden Maris of Little Rock; Daniel John Lyke of Dallas; Merle Glenn Flowers of Olive Branch, Miss.; and Terrence William Mc-Carthy of Birmingham, Ala.

After the ceremony a reception followed on the lawn. The buffet table was centered with a massive arrangement of bells of Ireland, white calla lilies and green gladioli. Rectangular vases on the guest tables held calla lilies and lily grass. Music was by the Ted Ludwig Trio.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi. She is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and employed with Adkins, McNeill, Smith & Associates.

The bridegroom has a bachelor's degree in communications from Auburn University in Auburn, Ala., and a master's in communications from UA. He is president of East-Harding Inc.

After a wedding trip to St. Martin, the couple will live in Little Rock.
