TIFFANY MCFADDEN CARL KIDD JR.

— Tiffany McFadden and Carl Kidd Jr. were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 10, in St. Mark Baptist Church, with Bishop Steven Arnold officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles McFadden, 6620 Sterling Drive. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leo Meeks of Prescott.

The bridegroom is the son of Lillie Kidd and Carl E. Kidd, both of Pine Bluff. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Norwood Smith and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Kidd, all also of Pine Bluff.

The chancel held arrangements of pink roses, oriental lilies and baby's breath. Nuptial music was by pianist Rita Beldsoe, soloists Tammy May, James Kidd, Kenny Wright and Idora Caldwell, and violinist Ajania Hearne.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory champagne gown embellished with beaded embroidery at the top of the strapless bodice and the hem of her A-line skirt and chapel train. Her cream-colored veil was waist length. She carried two-dozen pink roses accentedwith baby's breath.

Mrs. Michael McCray of Little Rock was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Atesha Brownlow of Chicago; Denise Goodman of Las Vegas; Mrs. Jackie Jean-Jacques of Greenwich, Conn., sister of the bride; and Keisha Bryant, Mrs. Anthony Johnson and Antoinette Johnson, all of Little Rock.

The matron of honor wore a floorlength Empire clover-green gown with a pink sash. Bridesmaids wore clover-colored gowns and pink sashes in the style of their choice. They also carried pink roses and baby's breath.

Flower girls were Reagan McFadden of Little Rock and Chandler Rose Jean-Jacques of Greenwich, nieces of the bride. Ring bearers were Jordan Marks of Pine Bluff, nephew of the bridegroom, and Jackie Jean-Jacques Jr., also of Greenwich, nephew of the bride.

Best man was Eric Hobbs of Pine Bluff. Groomsmen were Keith McFadden of Little Rock, brother of the bride; Keith Brown, Darren Kidd, cousin of the bridegroom, and Marcus Toney, all of PineBluff; Jesse Miller of North Little Rock; and Otis Floyd of Atlanta. Guests were seated by Rodney Lewis, Earnest Moore Jr. and James Kidd, son of the bridegroom, all of Little Rock.

A reception at the Patrick Henry Hays Center in North Little Rock followed the ceremony. Guest tables were centered with mirrors holding pillar candles and rose petals.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a master's degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is program coordinator for the Arkansas Cancer Coalition.

The bridegroom attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and received a bachelor's degree in general studies from UAPB. Formerly with the Oakland Raiders, the bridegroom retired from the NFL and the Canadian Football League. He is a linebacker coach for UAPB.

After a honeymoon in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple will live in Little Rock.
