ASU-Searcy offers legal terminology course

SEARCY — A presentation called the Top-10 Legal Terms Every Person Should Know will be offered by the continuing education department at Arkansas State University-Searcy, a technical campus of ASU-Beebe, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9.

Penny Collins Choate, owner and attorney for Choate Law Firm in Little Rock and Searcy, will conduct this free presentation.

Choate will provide key information regarding divorce and custody, probate, employmentand real estate law. The presentation is tailored for everyone and the community is invited to attend. The presentation will begin with Choate covering Arkansas law and conclude with aquestion-and-answer session.
