Beebe is sent money bills on eve of session's end

The Arkansas House of Representatives and the state Senate sent to the governor Wednesday bills to distribute money in the state's projected $4.5 billion general revenue budget next fiscal year and spend about $310 million in surplus, mostly for onetime projects.
