Desegregation hearing canceled; judge in car accident

A 10 a.m. hearing in the Pulaski County School desegregation lawsuit was canceled Monday after U.S. District Judge Brian S. Miller, the presiding judge in the case, had a car accident on his way into work from his home in Helena-West Helena.
Miller was not hurt and the hearing will be rescheduled for another date, an employee in the judge's office said Monday.
