ASU-Beebe fall classes will begin on Monday

— Arkansas State University-Beebe will begin the fall 2009 semester on Monday with day and night classes offered at ASU-Beebe campuses at Beebe, Heber Springs, Searcy and Little Rock Air Force Base.

ASU-Beebe has online courses available in traditional 15-week and accelerated eight-week terms throughout the year, with Term I also beginning on Monday. Students may choose from a full selection of general education courses in an online format.

It is possible to earn an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts entirely online.

ASU-Beebe offers degrees and certificates in Associate of Arts, Associate of Science in Health Sciences, Associate of General Studies, Certificate of General Studies, Associate of Applied Science in General Technology, Associate of Applied Science Degree, Certificates of Proficiency and Technical Certification in various fields.

The university also offers bachelor- and master-degree programs in various areas of study through ASU-Jonesboro.

The last day to register for the fall semester will be Friday, Aug. 28. ASU-Beebe's tuition is $78 per credit hour for Arkansas residents, plus other applicable fees. Nonresident tuition is $134 per credit hour.
