Police beat Police: Man shot in leg outside NLR house

LITTLE ROCK — A man was shot in the leg outside a North Little Rock house on Sunday evening, police said.

Police were called to the shooting at 423 W. 16th St. about 9:30 p.m. By the time officers got there, the victim, whose name was not released, had already been driven in a car to 15th and Main streets, where someone in the car flagged down an ambulance, police said.

The victim, whose injury was not considered life-threatening, was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said. Police had not made any arrests Sunday night.
