— Singer Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy has been arrested on a 2-year-old warrant of driving without a valid license. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore says the 25-year-old was arrested late Tuesday during a traffic stop by Los Angeles police. He was booked on an outstanding warrant on a charge of driving without a license and released early Wednesday after posting $15,000 bond. Court records show Stump failed to appear in a misdemeanor driving without a valid driver's license case in Beverly Hills in June 2007. A judge issued a warrant for his arrest at the time. A phone message left for Stump's music publicist wasn't immediately returned Wednesday. Fall Out Boy is scheduled to play at the Reading Festival in England on Friday.

Eddie Cibrian is divorcing his wife of nearly eight years. Court records show the 36-year-old actor, who has appeared on TV shows such as Ugly Betty and The Starter Wife, filed for divorce Monday in Los Angeles. Cibrian and his wife, Brandi, were married in 2001. They have two sons, ages 6 and 2. The divorce petition cites "irreconcilable differences." Tabloid reports have linked Cibrian with singer LeAnn Rimes, his co-star in the TV movie Northern Lights. The filing doesn't indicate whether Brandi Cibrian has an attorney, and a phone listing could not be located.
