LITTLE ROCK — A fundraiser featuring public radio talk show host Diane Rehm has been postponed until next year.
Rehm fell while dashing across a Washington, D.C., street and cracked her pelvis on Aug.20. While she recuperates, Rehm is unable to work or travel.
So, her appearance in Little Rock - which had been scheduled for Sept. 3 - will be held sometime in 2010.
The eventual event will be a fundraiser to help pay for a newtower for Little Rock public radio stations KUAR-FM, 89.1, and KLRE-FM, 90.5.
KUAR said on its Web site that ticket-buyers who need more information about the postponement can call the radio stations at (501) 569-8485.
