2 Arkansans arrested in death of Oklahoman

The discovery of an Oklahoma man's body in the Monte Ne area has resulted in the arrests of two Arkansans, one of them charged with second-degree murder, Benton County authorities say.

The body found Friday was identified as Billy Ray Buckley, reported missing from the Rogers area in early August.

Clifford Dale Casteel, 33, of Rogers, was arrested in connection second-degree murder, the Benton County sheriff's office said. Timothy Sylvester Howell, 28, of Rogers, was arrested in connection with hindering apprehension or prosecution. Howell was also being held in connection with three counts of misdemeanor contempt.
