Fans camp outside for Palin book signing

Some dedicated fans camped out overnight in anticipation of Sarah Palin’s book signing at a Sam’s Club in Fayetteville.
Close to 1,000 are expected at the signing that begins at 11 a.m. Thursday as the former Republican vice presidential candidate and Alaska governor promotes her book, “Going Rogue.” Some arrived as early as 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and spent the night.
Many are reading the book as they pass the time.
After the signing in Fayetteville — Palin leaves for Norman, Okla., where people began lining up about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday outside Hastings Books where she’ll begin signing books at 7 p.m. Thursday.
