Strong Women program to start Jan. 4 in Conway

CONWAY The Strong Women program will begin its first session of the new year with beginner orientation at 9:30 a.m.
Monday, Jan. 4, at Crosspoint United Methodist Church in the Saddletop Shopping Center on Salem Road in Conway.
Classes will meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9:30 at the church.
Strong Women is a 12-week strength-training class that targets middle-aged and older adults. Participants must attend the orientation Jan. 4 or schedule a time for a private orientation.
The cost of the class is $17, which includes a $5 participation fee and registration fee.
Contact the Faulkner County Cooperative Extension Office at (501) 329-8344 for more information. This program is open to all eligible people without regard to race, color, gender, disability, marital or veteran status or any other legally protected status. People with disabilities who require alternative means for communication of program information should notify the County Extension Office as soon as possible prior to the activity start date.
