Bismarck, Clinton districts on track

Board of Education releases schools from fiscal-distress program

The Arkansas Board of Education on Monday released the Bismarck and Clinton school districts from the state's fiscal distress program after each took steps to increase their once-depleted or nearly depleted reserves to well over $1 million.
