Son must testify to retain bargain in 1998 slayings, state tells court

The Arkansas Supreme Court heard arguments Thursday on whether Charles "Chad" Green of Randolph County must testify a second time against his father in order to maintain his end of a plea bargain that netted him a 40-year sentence.
