Pulaski County has closed two school because of power outages, but most districts are open on a cold icy day.
Fuller Middle School and the Learning Academy were the only schools in the Pulaski County Special School District closed Tuesday morning. Two television stations incorrectly said the entire district was closed according to a district spokesman.
