CHANGE OF WATCH: Coast Guard Auxiliary turns tide of command

The Eighth District Western Rivers Region of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary celebrated its Change of Watch ceremony and dinner Jan. 10 at the Little Rock Air Force Base. Janet Kelley of Hot Springs was named division commander, and Bob Donaldson of Little Rock, division vice commander.
