Powerball gets lottery panel's number

The Arkansas lottery will participate in the multistate Powerball game, which offers an average jackpot of about $136 million, the Arkansas Lottery Commission decided Wednesday.

As I suspected they one in charge are doing things that was not in accordance with what was voted on. The pay the people are getting is absurd. No wonder they wanted the lottery, where their friends could get paid an enormous salary. It makes one wonder if there will be any money to pay the winners, or for any scholarships with these salaries.

This lottery is definitely just a way to siphon money from poor folks who aren't good at math to highly paid government officials. Friends from other states tell me that lottery scholarships never seem to be awarded as often as was promised, and the people there question where the money goes. But we know the answer to that question, don't we?
