Bountiful Arkansas Day will produce bushelbaskets full of information about the local food movement

Bountiful Arkansas Day on July 11 features locally grown produce, wines and other food and garden products for sale, plus workshops, a tomato tasting and visits to the heritage garden.

Sustainability, local food movement, slow foods, grow-your-own and U-pick are terms used today to describe an effort to reconnect consumers to where their food comes from and encourage them to buy from growers close to home.
