DEAR TOM AND RAY: I have a 2003 Infiniti FX45 that was due for an oil change. I had some time to kill, so I went to a Wal-Mart Tire and Lube Express. I left the car, and when I came back they said they couldn't do any work because there were guard plates in the way.
