Poyen's Moore to sing

LITTLE ROCK — Justin Moore knows about the small-town life he celebrates in his hit "Small Town U.S.A."
He's from the small town of Poyen, population 272, in Grant County.
Moore is scheduled to perform at 8 p.m. Friday at The Village, Asher and University avenues. Doors open at 7, and tickets are $16 in advance, $20 at the door. For information, go to www.thevillagelive.com or call (501) 570-0300.
"Small Town U.S.A." has broken into the Top 20 of Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. Moore also has a new six-song extended play recording, You Asked For It (Valory Music). It includes "Small Town U.S.A." and his previous hit, "Back That Thing Up." The EP is available exclusively at iTunes.
