I appreciate Rep. Snyder's consideration of NLR but the entire bill stinks!
Has anyone looked at Snyder's webpage lately? Hasn't been updated in a month. Voted for the stimulus, voted for cap and tax. This guy needs to go or reevaluate what Arkansans really want. While he can retire with a congressional pension, we will struggle to pay more taxes to "save" the environment. I'm sure our decendants in the 25th century will thank us.

Rep. Snyder has repeatedly cast his vote for more government control over the lives of Arkansans. This cap and tax will simply hurt Arkansas families. We should learn the lessons of other countries who have only experienced increased debt and unemployment as a result of this type of legislation. Apparently he believes that we will not remember his actions when he runs for re-election. He underestimates his constituents.

So Snyder claims he decided on Thursday night to vote for the bill, yet his DC office was saying yesterday afternoon that when he left his office to go vote he did not yet know how he would vote and he was "still considering" everything. Someone either doesn't know the truth or isn't telling the truth. Is there anyone to run against this guy. This was a horrible vote.

jgs,

Yes. I will be running against Vic Snyder. My website is up and running. www.whoisdavidmeeks.com I will be interviewed by Dave Elswick (102.9) at 2pm on Monday. The official announcement will happen in Mid-July.

I hope all those who want someone that will actually represent your values and principles will strongly consider supporting my campaign.
