Razorback quarterback Ryan Mallett was arrested early Sunday morning on a public intoxication charge.

Mallett, 20, is a redshirt sophomore who transferred from Michigan last year. He is originally from Texarkana.

According to the Washington County Detention Center Web site, Mallett was released on bond at 4:37 a.m.
