Art gallery exhibiting work of 20 well-known Arkansas artists

FAIRFIELD BAY The North Central Arkansas Art Gallery in the Indian Hills Country Club in Fairfield Bay will display the artwork of 20 artists in central Arkansas through Monday, Dec. 7. The gallery, at 337 Snead Drive, is open to the public from 11 a.m.
to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
The artists paint in all mediums and share their art with one another at the Natural Impressions Art Studio in North Little Rock under the directionof nationally known artist Amy Hill-Imler.
Hill-Imler earned a fouryear degree in design from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and has been teaching art for more than 25 years. She has instructed privately and publicly at the Arkansas Arts Center, Sherwood Recreation Center and through demonstrations and workshops around the state. Her art awards are numerous, earning both national and state recognition for her work. Most notably, she wasnationally selected as a finalist by The Artist’s Magazine in its 21st annual art competition.
She is also a signature member of Mid-Southern Watercolorists and served as its president in 1989 and 1990.
This is the first time the Natural Impressions Studio Artists has presented an exhibit as a group. The following artists are exhibiting: Director/ teacher Amy Hill-Imler, Karlyn Holloway, Diane Ziemski, Tom Herrin, Deborah Poe, Sandy Newberg, Gerri Much, BobSnider, Arlette Miller, Inis Ray, Mary Ann Stafford, Sondra Seaton, Caren Garner, Cheryl Payne, Nina Burke, Harriet Porterfield, Marsha Bingham, Judy Honey, John Honey and Charlotte Rierson.
