Growth over River Rail’s 5 years lauded

River Rail marks its fifth anniversary this week, and civic leaders observed Wednesday that development along its route looks much different than in 2004. The electric streetcar operation began Nov. 1, 2004, in the downtown areas of Little Rock and North Little Rock.
