Man arrested in Hot Springs killing

HOT SPRINGS — Police in Hot Springs have arrested a suspect in a murder in the city.
Police say David Payne is being held on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of Russell Morris.
Morris’ body was found about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday near downtown Hot Springs. Police have not said how he died but say he had bruising around his face.
Officers say witnesses and neighbors led detectives to Payne.
