Henderson to present Suddenly Last Summer

ARKADELPHIA — Henderson State University Theatre will present seven performances of Suddenly Last Summer by Tennessee Williams Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, Nov. 16, Thursday, Nov. 19, Friday, Nov. 20 and Saturday, Nov. 21. All performances will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Arkansas Hall Studio Theatre. A reception will follow the opening night performance.
A Gothic thriller, this shocking one-act play is a dark portrait of moral disintegration.
The cast features Stephanie Ouimet as Catherine Holly; Nicole Amonette Kelly as Violet Venable; and Joshua Simpson as Dr. Cukrowicz.
Also included are Whitney Glover as Mrs. Grace Holly; Taylor Pittman as George Holly; Emily Kirk as Miss Foxhill; and Hillary Bell as Sister Felicity.
