LITTLE ROCK The House, 922 N. Palm St., Little Rock, has cut out its lunch service and is now only open for dinner, 5 p.m.-1 a.m. (the kitchen closes at midnight) daily. The entree menu has expanded (among the new entries: an herb-roasted half chicken and lamb osso buco), and so has the beer (eight on tap, 30 in bottles, with a lot more craft beers added) and wine list. More importantly, the restaurant has changed its service structure, abandoning the over-the-counter order process that had drawn numerous complaints and going to a system where customers order at the table and waiters are assigned service sections. The restaurant closed for three days in the last week of October for renovations andstaff training.
