Arkansas Hospital Association honors White River Health System

BATESVILLE — White River Health System received three Diamond Awards for excellence in health care advertising, marketing and public relations at the 79th Annual Meeting of the Arkansas Hospital Association in Little Rock.
The judges recognized Health Matters with a Diamond Award for the second consecutive year. Health Matters, a quarterly publication mailed to the homes of 20,000 residents in the area, focuses on health and wellness informationas well as physicians and services available at White River Health System facilities.
Radio advertising for White River Medical Center and Stone County Medical Center also received Diamond Awards.
White River Health System also received three Certificate of Excellence Awards for the Emergency Department Brochure, White River Medical Center Billboard Design 2008 and White River Medical Center Testimonial Advertising Campaign 2008. In addition, White River Health System received a Judges’ Merit Award for its da Vinci Surgical System Campaign.
The awards recognize health care organizations that excel in the areas of print, radio, television and outdoor advertising, Web site development, publications and writing.
