LR ad panel marks $30,000 for bridge redo

The William J. Clinton Foundation turned to the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission on Tuesday for $30,000 to help fill a potential gap in funding for the long-awaited conversion of the Rock Island Railroad Bridge into a bicycle and pedestrian crossing.
