The reason the venue is going to be civilian court is because these men were not captured during a war. They are not affiliated with a particular nation or any organized army.
Please take your fearful hysteria with your blankie, and go curl up in the closet with a copy of the Constitution.

Where ever the venue, they should just get the guilty piece of crap into the courtroom, give him a fair trial, then take him into the street and hang him from the nearest streetlight.

Oh, puhleeze. George W. Bush would have said the same thing if he had got his way and tried him before a military tribunal--And the sad part is, Bush would have been right.
(tde70: Try reading the Constitution sometime; *NOWHERE* in there does it say it applies only to U.S. citizens.)
