Going green the right way for Christmas decor

This article was published November 20, 2009 at 11:16 a.m.

The use of greenery in Christmas decorations is traditional, as Helaine R. Williams writes in Saturday’s HomeStyle section. A plush fir wreath on the door or a pine garland snaking down a stair rail, threaded with ornaments, berries and fancy ribbons, just says Christmas.
