New boss to take over Air Mobility Command

Air Mobility Command is getting a new boss Friday, with Lt. Gen. Raymond Johns replacing Gen. Arthur Lichte.
Lichte had pushed for more C-130s during his tour as boss. Now, just as a new study is about to be released determining how many of what kind of cargo aircraft are needed, Lichte is retiring and Little Rock Air Force Base's future will be in the hands of a man who has never flown a C-130.
