Where I live:

Ray Chanslor and I live in Cammack Village with my 14-year-old Shar-Pei named Milo.

Occupation:

I am a social worker with the Veterans Administration and I teach mindfulness-based stress reduction classes (bemoremindful.com).

My favorite space:

My yoga room.

Why?

I love its spaciousness. We recently moved from a tiny apartment and it’s wonderful having room to walk around. I have a dedicated space for reading, writing, meditating and practicing yoga. The room is very open and full of sunlight.

My books also surround me thanks to Ray, who let me use his bookshelf to store them. He knows how important books are to me. When I see the titles they trigger ...
