Sunshine Media has named Gary Reynolds publisher of the Little Rock edition of MD News magazine.

FINANCE

Centennial Bank in Cabot recently announced that Davy Carter has been hired as executive vice president/general counsel/chief lending officer for its east region.

Steve Litty has joined First National Bank and Trust Co. as senior vice president for loan services.

BancorpSouth Little Rock announced that Chris Locke has joined the bank as senior vice president of commercial lending.

Robert L. “Rob” Robinson IV has been named senior vice president and senior credit officer at Simmons First Bank of El Dorado.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. Mohamed Kamel, a specialist in cancer of the prostate, bladder and kidney, has been named assistant professor in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Department of Urology.

HOSPITALITY

The Arkansas Lodging Association announced its officers: President Larry Farrar, First Vice President Vivian Scales, Second Vice President Linda Collins-Smith and Treasurer Kurt Schatzl. Board members are Gordon Rostvold, Bert Haifley and Jason Reddecliff.

The Arkansas Travel Council announced the following officers: President Karen Trevino, Vice President RichardHansen, Secretary Pam Ferguson and Treasurer Jared Lindsey. Board members are David Longinotti and Lang Zimmerman.

The Arkansas Restaurant Association announced the following officers: President David Culpepper, First Vice President Jamie McAfee, Second Vice President Mike Coats, Secretary Donnie Ferneau and Treasurer Romaine Guillory.
