My concern about the cap and trade bill lies in the "trade"
aspect. Trading of carbon credits can easily build to become the next economic albatross. Think of carbon credit default swaps and "subprime carbon."

Windmills kill a lot of birds including ducks and geese. Who wants a bunch of windmills on their land? Not the Kennedys. Natural gas is the answer for the next 40 years. It is clean and will fit into the existing infrastructue. Arkansas could make a huge statement by assisting their trucking companies in this transition. Arkansas needs to work smart. Cap and trade is not smart.
