1st load of lottery tickets arrives

Police escort 26 million to LR warehouse

The first pallet of Arkansas lottery scratch-off tickets is unloaded at a warehouse off Colonel Glenn Road in Little Rock on Monday. The pallet had 75 boxes with a total of 674,700 tickets.
