Firefighters: Boot Fest, which benefits the Arkansas Fallen Firefighters Memorial, will be 5 p.m. Sept. 5 at Little Rock’s War Memorial Stadium. Performers include John Conley, SpinRad, Luke Williams Band, Cliff Hudson, Riverbilly and Matt Huff.
