Senior fullback Trevor Gregory ran 1 yard for the game-winning touchdown with 24 seconds left in the third quarter to give Rivercrest a 14-10 victory over Harding Academy in the Class 3A state championship game Saturday night at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.

The Colts (15-0) secured their second state championship when senior cornerback Demoine Brown intercepted a Seth Keese pass at the Rivercrest 39 with 47 seconds left to play.

The Wildcats (12-2) had taken a 10-7 lead on a 31-yard field goal by senior Josh Spears with 5:21 left in the third quarter.

Brown ran 15 times for 88 yards and 1 touchdown.
