Hot Springs man arrested in stabbing

A man told Hot Springs authorities responding to a stabbing that he was the one they wanted and needed to be taken in, according to the sheriff's office.

Joshua Mosley, 26, was in the yard of a residence at 1553 Cedar Glades when sheriff's deputies arrived around 2:15 a.m. Thursday morning for a domestic disturbance.

Shannon Kline, 25, who shares the home with Mosley and with whom she has a child, was found to have multiple stab wounds that are not life threatening.

Kline told investigators that she and Mosley had gotten into an argument and that Mosley went into the kitchen and got a knife. Kline told Mosley that he was acting stupid and he began to stab her in the leg, hand and head, she said.

Mosley surrendered without incident.

Mosley was charged with first degree domestic battery. He is being held without bond.
