Homicide victim identified as NLR man

LITTLE ROCK A body found Monday near Interstate 30 has been identified as that of a 29-year-old North Little Rock man.
Roosevelt Webster's cause of death remains under investigation, though a police report released today indicates it appeared Webster suffered a single gunshot wound to the upper body.
A tow truck driver spotted Webster's body about 2:15 p.m. while assisting a motorist at I-30 near Arch Street, according to the report.
No motive or suspects have been identified, Lt. Terry Hastings said in a statement.
