Romantic breakfast ideal way to start off Valentine's Day

One of the kindest things you can do for a person is to make her breakfast, writes Kelly Brant in Wednesday's Food section.
We can’t imagine a better way to start the day than with a delicious spread of our favorite breakfast foods and a cup of piping-hot coffee. Oh, wait, yes we can — having that delicious spread and coffee served to us in bed. And followed by a mimosa or two.
While breakfast is good any day of the year, a romantic one — whether served bedside or at the dining table — is an ideal way to start Valentine’s Day, which falls on Sunday this year.
The following breakfast dishes can all be prepared in less than half an hour and are just right for a breakfast for two. (If you’re feeding more, these recipes can easily be doubled or tripled as long as you have enough skillets and/or ramekins.)
