Board turnover grabs legislators

Since 2005, fifteen people have voluntarily left jobs at the state board that regulates accounting, a board that has only nine job positions, a turnover rate that’s the highest he’s ever seen in an Arkansas agency in his 13-plus years in the Legislature, a state senator said Tuesday.
