LITTLE ROCK — The University of Arkansas is ranked as the 55th best college value by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance.
The ranking of the 100 Best Values in Public Colleges was released Monday.
Kiplinger’s ranks four-year schools based on a combination of education and economic value.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is No. 1 on the list, followed by the University of Florida, University of Virginia, College of William and Mary and Binghamton University.
