Benton County Senior Center, 3501 S.E. ā€œLā€ St., open 8 a.m.-4 p.m., serving breakfast and lunch. Will be open Friday but not over weekend.

National Guard Armory is not open.


Decatur Community Center next door to city hall, 310 Maple Ave.


Elkins City Hall, 1874 Stokenbury Road open until Saturday at 8 a.m. or as needed. Food, water, cots and blankets available. For assistance/information call 479-643-3400.


Salvation Army, 219 W. 15th St., is primary shelter.

Seven Hills Homeless Shelter, 1555 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., is open overnight until the bitter cold ends.

Yvonne Richardson Center, 240 E. Rock St., will open if necessary.
