The number of unemployed Arkansans in December reached a record high of 105,400, the state’s Department of Workforce Services reported Friday.
Arkansas’ unemployment rate rose to 7.7 percent from 7.4 percent in November. The joblessness rate nationwide was 10 percent last month.
