The Honorable Olly Neal, Marianna, as Circuit Judge for the First Division of the First Judicial District. Appointment expires December 31, 2010. Replaces Harvey Yates.
Dr. Bob Blanz, Little Rock, to the Petroleum Storage Tanks Advisory Council. Appointment expires December 31, 2013. Replaces Roy "Trip" Gentry.
Catherine Cook, Hope, to the Arkansas Fire and Police Pension Review Board. Appointment expires January 1, 2014. Replaces Tommy Swaim.
Farris Hensley, Alexander, reappointed to the Arkansas Fire and Police Pension Review Board. Appointment expires January 1, 2014.
Glen Laurent, Elkins, to the Arkansas State Board of Registration for Professional Soil Classifiers. Appointment expires November 1, 2014. Replaces Sheri Herron.
Daniel Murdaugh, North Little Rock, to the Petroleum Storage Tanks Advisory Council. Appointment expires December 31, 2013. Replaces Charles Richesin.
