LITTLE ROCK — A body found inside a home in southwest Little Rock Wednesday night is being investigated as a suspicious death, police said.
The 44-year-old man was discovered dead inside 1036 Aston Drive after a friend called authorities about 9:20 p.m. to report the man hadn't been seen since Monday.
Little Rock Police Department Officer Michelle Hill said the man was found dead on the floor inside but that there were no visible signs of injury on the body. An autopsy has not yet been completed and the cause of death has not been determined, she said.
Hill said it's too early to know for certain if the incident is "anything malicious" or a natural death.
The man's name has not been released pending notification of family members.
