The Arkansas Supreme Court says Justice Donald Corbin has returned home from the hospital, where he spent more than a week after suffering a heart attack.
The court released a statement Friday saying that the 72-year-old Corbin also has lung cancer, for which he is to resume treatments in the next four to five weeks.
Corbin is suffering from non-small cell, squamous cell carcinoma, which was diagnosed on June 1.
