Authorities say a 5-year-old boy is dead after a trailer in which he and his family were living caught fire.
The victim of the fire Sunday morning was identified as Hunter Lee Garrett.
Family members said Hunter’s parents, his 7 year-old brother and 3-year-old sister were also in the trailer when it caught fire, but were able to make it out safely.
A Highfill Fire Department spokesman said other family members were taken to Northwest Medical Center but had no serious injuries.
The cause of the fire will be investigated by the Benton County sheriff’s office and fire officials.
