LITTLE ROCK — Allan Stypek, former cohost of the radio show The Book Guys, will speak July 8 at the Main Library of the Central Arkansas Library System and will also appraise books during the event.
Stypek’s appearance is part of the library’s Fred K. Darragh Distinguished Lecture series. The free event takes place at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s Darragh Center at 100 Rock St. in Little Rock.
The program will be taped for future broadcast on KUAR-FM, 89.1, and people are encouraged to take items for Stypek to appraise.
